1903, Paris, sous les arcades de la rue de Rivoli. Anton Rumpelmayer, confiseur autrichien, fonde le premier salon de thé Angelina. Fort d’un savoir-faire pâtissier et d’une expertise à la hauteur du lieu, il en fait la résidence privilégiée des gourmands et épicuriens.

Tous s’y retrouvent pour déguster les deux spécialités de la maison: le mont-blanc et le chocolat chaud, un duo onctueux et crémeux à souhait qui saura traverser les temps et les frontières. Aujourd’hui, Angelina est incontournable et Christophe Appert, gardien de cet héritage centenaire, s’applique à toujours y proposer le meilleur de la pâtisserie française. Monts-blancs, entremets de fête, pâtisseries intemporelles, gâteaux de voyage, créations artistiques…
