Love the detail that Amaury shows in this book! The photos (taken by Fiona) are AMAZING! Step by step instructions as to how he creates each masterpiece! Can’t wait to give it to my niece! She’s an up and coming Pastry Chef!!

Amazing book. It' a lot more than a recipe book, it's a work of art. Mainly a photographic book, it has the recipes but miss the assembly description: for that you have to follow the pictures. These picture are amazing and the book is top quality. Amaury Guichon is one of the best!

It is an interesting pastry book and I am happy to buy it to Booksforchef because in Italy I don't find it.

Great recipes, but if you are to put a picture of a desert in the book with certain chocolate decorations, it would be nice to also describe the techniques used to create them. A picture of the process doesn't tell us anything about the temperature of the chocolate or of the marble or of the room, all very important for the final result.
