Kiko Moya is one of the chefs with the most personality in Spanish restaurants. Author of numerous unmistakable dishes such as rice squared, his cuisine combines knowledge, flavor and Alicante landscape. Since 2005 Kiko and his cousin Alberto Redrado, sommelier and viticulturist in their spare time, have been in charge of the restaurant that their parents opened in 1980 and to which they joined exchanging the roles of chef and maître d 'of their parents.
