About the author

François Blanc is a journalist at Fou de Pâtisserie magazine. Chock-full of passion and enthusiasm, he has traveled the length and breadth of France in search of exciting new sweet treats. He is the author of the cookbooks Paris des Pâtisseries (2020), France des Pâtisseries (2021), and Paris Street Food (2022), all published by Alain Ducasse Édition. Blanc lives in France.
