What can you say for Ramon Morato. A book that has everything new recipes(try ganache montee with egg yolk) healthy patisserie, future styling . I ll say that is the bible of pastries

I own the book Chocolate by Ramon Morató, which is probably one of the best when not the best chocolate book out there. Accidentally I saw that Ramon Morató wrote a new book after so many years since Chocolate. I didn’t even had to think, shall I buy or not, I was from beginning sure it's another masterpiece in his own way.
