Beautiful book by on the most talented Pastry Chefs nowadays. The recipes are all there but as in most of this kind of books, he doesn't show how he makes a lot of the decorations pieces which is a real turn off.

Decoration techniques/recipes missing. Simple editing mistakes (like add cream, when there is no cream in ingredient list, bake temperature without time, etc.) Otherwise beautiful photos and all good. Not for amateurs though.

Thanks for your opinion. The book is designed for professionals, so much of the information about decorations is implicit in the pictures.
