Amazing! The collection is packed with over 1,600 recipes, ranging from complex mousses to simple ganaches and ice creams. The best part is that I can easily access it on my devices, making it super convenient to reference while I’m working. It’s a great resource for both inspiration and technical guidance. Highly recommend it for anyone serious about pastry!
