Mold Mont Blanc Kit
This professional pastry kit includes six 70mm rings crafted from TPlus+, a high-quality, non-deformable, oven-safe material, designed for creating perfectly even shortcrust pastry bases. The kit also features a silicone mould with six 106ml cavities, ideal for adding a smooth mousse or creamy layer on top, ensuring consistent and flawless results.
The kit consists of two elements: six rings with a diameter of 70 mm made of TPlus+, a non-deformable material suitable for oven use, perfect for creating the base, and a silicone mould with six cavities of 106 ml each, allowing you to make a mousse or creamy layer to place on top of the shortcrust pastry.
The rings are non-stick, stainless, ensure even baking, and provide high thermal stability.
This kit was created in collaboration with MOF Pâtissier Angelo Musa, Executive Pastry Chef at the Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris, who was awarded the title of Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2020.
