Xavi Donnay develops in the book Mini three versions of giandujas with spectacular finishes and liquid fillings. Give a twist to the use of this mold also to elaborate cold products. You can use it to apply Xavi Donnay's recipes or create your own versions. 

This is a silicone mold of excellent quality and durability. Perfect for preparing baked, frozen or semifreddo preparations. Do not expose to direct heat.

It can be used from -60ºC to 230 ºC. Washable in he dishwasher without sparkling aid.
