How to register for the contest?
With the aim of contributing to the recovery of the artisan and self-made bonbon, from Dulcypas we invite the entire sector to participate in the I Dulcypas Contest for the Best Artisan Bonbon in Spain.
We are looking for the best artisan bonbon in Spain 2023. By bonbon we understand that filled bonbon in which chocolate is the main protagonist, both on the outside and inside. According to the technical-sanitary regulations, the chocolate must represent at least 25% of the total.
All pastry, chocolate, bakery and related establishments with an artisan workshop and own production, located in Spain, can participate in this contest. It is essential to have a physical point of sale to the public.
Each chocolate must weigh between 6 and 14g.
Each bonbon must be made up of at least 2 interior textures, and one of them must be a ganache or truffle. For the other or other interior textures, you can resort to all kinds of creams, candies, jellies, fruit pastes, pralines, giandujas, crisps, cookies.... Everything is allowed and everything is possible within those 2 or more interior textures.
The forms and formats, production systems, molds and finishes are totally free.
The bonbons must not include logos, initials, inscriptions or other identifying elements that allow the jury to know who the author is.
A single bonbon will be accepted for each participating establishment.
Candidates must present a minimum of 25 equal units.

It is essential to read the competition rules in order to comply with the regulations. Once you have purchased the ticket, you will be officially registered for the contest.
