Wow wow wow. Amazing book. A whole course in just 1 book. You don't need anything else if you follow this book exactly you can make and create vegan,gluten free and lactose free pastry. I was in search of this kind of book and I am glad I found it. Thanks to chef Richard for writing this Amazing book I can't thank enough. This book is written with 100 percent honesty with detail explanations. Loved it 😍😍

One of those gifts you wish you could keep for yourself, this incredible compilation of knowledge and instruction from chefs with proven skills will be a kitchen textbook for a PhD biochem chef that I know will find it extremely useful! If she does not, for some strange reason, I know someone who can put it to good use. I would LOVE it!
