9.         DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown in the products are indicative. Except technical errors of our systems, the products that are in stock and whose order is confirmed and validated before 2:00 pm Monday through Friday will be sent within the deadline marked by the courier companies UPS, SPRING, and ENVIALIA , and also by CORREOS. 10.       PLACE AND FORM OF DELIVERY

The shipping costs of subscription to our magazines are independent from the rest of the products due to their periodic nature. Digital products do not have shipping costs.

All our books and magazines are sent properly protected in their packaging.

The shipping cost in an order covers part of a single shipment to the destination indicated when placing the order. Once the order is sent it is not possible to change the delivery address. If the courier company tries to deliver the order and the customer is absent, the delivery will not be attempted again until the courier company is contacted. If the courier company tries to deliver the order a second time and the customer is again absent, the customer must pick up their order by their means at the address that corresponds to the delegation of the courier company that has the package.

RETURN AND GUARANTEE POLICY

BOOKS FOR CHEFS offers the Customer the possibility of canceling their order in full or in part with no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the delivery has been carried out and the order is not already in the hands of the carrier. In this case, there will be no possibility of cancellation, so the Customer must wait to receive the order and, if desired, get a refund.

The deadline to make a return is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, with the exception of individual magazines and digital products, which by law cannot be accepted as returns. The Customer must communicate their desire to ask for a refund, as stipulated in the right to terminate the contract.

The Customer will be responsible for delivering the goods and will be responsible for the shipping costs to carry out the return. The unwanted products that the Customer wishes to return must be sent to BOOKS FOR CHEFS without use and under the same conditions as those with which they were delivered, with the original packaging and/or seal, in addition to all the accessories or promotional gifts included. Once received, they will be inspected, and if the returned goods have not been devalued, a full refund of the returned goods will be processed.

If the Customer receives a different product than that ordered from BOOKS FOR CHEFS, there is a commitment to deliver the correct product, collecting the first one sent by mistake, without any additional cost to the Customer.

In the event that the product arrives damaged or in poor condition and is thus accredited by the BOOKS FOR CHEFS customer, if the Customer's so chooses, a partial refund will be made for the value of the damage or the damaged product will be picked up and replaced with another one in good condition, without additional charges.

Returns can also be made by delivering the products in their original condition to our offices.
