Your Package

Packages are usually shipped the next business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier that the Customer chooses (may vary by country and package weight). If the carrier has shipment tracking, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. The Customer may consult the status of their order through BOOKS FOR CHEFS at any time.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and may vary depending on the total weight of the package. Grouping your items in one order is the best way to avoid paying double the shipping costs. The shipping costs for subscriptions for our magazines are independent of other products due to their periodic nature. Digital products do not have shipping costs.

All our books and magazines are shipped properly protected in their packaging.

 

Return Policy

BOOKS FOR CHEFS offers the Customer the possibility of canceling their order in full or in part at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the shipment has been made and the order is already in the hands of the carrier. In this case, there will be no possibility of cancellation, so the Customer must wait to receive the order and, if they wish, return it.

The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package, except for individual magazines and digital products, which by law cannot be returned. The Customer must communicate their desire to make a return within this period, as stipulated in the right of termination of the contract.

The Customer will be responsible for delivering the merchandise and will be responsible for the shipping costs to carry out the return. Any unwanted products that the Customer wishes to return must be sent to BOOKS FOR CHEFS unused and under the same conditions as those delivered with the original packaging and / or seal, in addition to all promotional accessories or gifts included. Once received, it will be inspected. If the returned goods have not been devalued, the full refund of the returned goods will be processed.

If the Customer receives a different product than requested by mistake of BOOKS FOR CHEFS, there is a commitment to deliver the correct product, collecting the first one sent in error, at no additional cost to the Customer.

If the product arrives damaged or in poor conditions and is credited by the Customer, BOOKS FOR CHEFS, at the Customer’s choice, will make a partial refund for the value of the damages or collect the damaged product and replace it with another in good condition, without additional charges.

Returns can also be made by delivering the products in their original condition, in our offices.
